Corrupted Pickup Drop is a pickup in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Disappears upon leaving the room.

If any enemy touched the pickup, it will create an unblockable glitch explosion, then:
• Teleports to random position of the room (Before Chapter 3)
• Causes the enemy to become glitched (Chapter 3 and beyond)

Transforms into a Corrupted Pickup familiar when touched by Isaac.

Unlike other familiars, corrupted pickup familiars provides disadvantages to Isaac in their unique ways, and can be used as a currency in certain situations.
